RVRM ENT: Master Terms & Store Policies

1. Digital Products (Beats, DAW Templates, & Digital Music)

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of instrumentals, lease agreements, DAW templates, and digital music are non-refundable. Once files are delivered, access cannot be revoked.

  • Plugins & Compatibility: Our DAW templates are workflow and processing chains only. Templates DO NOT include third-party plugins (e.g., iZotope, Waves, etc.). It is the buyer's responsibility to own the licenses for the software used in the template.

  • Beat Ownership & Rights: RVRM ENT and VATOSZN retain 100% ownership of the underlying composition and master recording. All purchases are a "Lease/License to Use" unless a specific Exclusive Rights License is pursued and signed.

  • No Resale: You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute our beats or templates. If uploaded to a distributor (e.g., Empire), you must adhere to the producer credit and royalty percentages defined in your lease.

2. Membership Tiers & Subscription Rules

We offer two tiers of membership to support independent artists. To maintain a high standard of service, we operate a strict "Use It or Lose It" policy:

Standard Membership ($29.99/mo)

  • 5 Free Beat Credits per month (MP3 Lease).

  • 15% Discount on all additional services, beats, and templates.

  • No Rollover: Credits expire at the end of each 30-day billing cycle.

Pro Membership ($129.99/mo)

  • Unlimited Free MP3 Beats from the prodbyoaomonci catalog.

  • 35% Discount on all additional services, beats, and templates.

  • 1 Free Mix & Master per month (Artist only; see Section 3).

  • 1-on-1 Strategy Call (30 mins) scheduled monthly.

  • No Rollover: Your Mix & Master and Strategy Call credits expire every 30 days. If you don't use them, they are gone.

Membership Protection & Conduct:

  • Exclusivity: Benefits are for the account holder only. You cannot use your credits for a friend or collaborator. We only mix/master projects where the member is the primary artist.

  • Discount Code Abuse: Sharing your unique membership discount code is strictly prohibited. If caught, your membership will be immediately terminated without a refund.

3. Audio Engineering (Mixing & Mastering)

  • Revision Limit: Each project includes 2 professional revisions. Any fine-tuning requested beyond the second revision will incur an additional engineering fee.

  • Cancellation: Refunds are only available if work has not yet commenced. Once the engineering process begins, all fees are non-refundable.

4. Physical Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)

  • Damaged Items: If your RVRM ENT or VATOSZN gear arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo for a free replacement.

  • Returns: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size charts before ordering.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Processing: Standard merch takes 3–7 business days to ship. Digital products are delivered instantly.

  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a carrier confirms delivery, we are no longer liable. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Beat Licensing & Royalty Policy

1. Universal Usage Rights (All Tiers)

We don’t believe in capping your success. Whether you buy a Basic or an Exclusive license, you are granted:

  • Unlimited Streams: No caps on Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube.

  • Unlimited Music Videos: Film and distribute as much content as you need.

  • Unlimited Radio Airplay: No restrictions on terrestrial or digital radio.

2. Licensing Tier Breakdown

Basic MP3 $29.00 High-quality MP3 file. Best for social media, demos, and indie streaming.
Premium WAV $79.00 High-fidelity WAV + MP3. The industry standard for better vocal clarity in the mix.
Unlimited STEMS $149.00 MP3 + WAV + Track Stems. The individual tracks for every drum and instrument. Gives your engineer total control to mix the beat around your voice.
EXCLUSIVE $999.00 Full Ownership + Stems. The beat is pulled from the store immediately and never sold again. Full commercial and sync rights.

3. Ownership & Royalty Splits (Industry Standard)

To keep things fair and professional, all licenses (unless a separate buyout is negotiated) follow these standard splits:

  • Production Credit: Mandatory credit must be given in metadata and descriptions as: (Prod. by [Producer Name]/RVRM ENT).

  • Publishing (Composition): 50% Producer / 50% Artist. This covers the "songwriting" side of the music.

  • Performance Royalties (P.R.O.): 50% Writer's Share to Producer / 50% Writer's Share to Artist. (Registered via BMI/ASCAP).

  • Master Royalties (Streaming): 50% to Producer / 50% to Artist. * Note: If you are distributing via Empire, DistroKid, or UnitedMasters, you must add the producer as a collaborator for an automatic 50/50 split of the royalties.

4. Exclusive Rights Specifics

  • Availability: Only 1 license available per beat.

  • Transfer: Upon purchase of an Exclusive license, RVRM ENT transfers the Master Recording rights to the Artist. However, the 50/50 Publishing split remains in effect for the life of the song.
