Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Our membership tiers (Standard $29.99 and Pro $129.99) are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle.

Cancellation at Any Time: You may cancel your subscription through your customer account portal at any time.
Access Until Expiry: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your member discounts and benefits until the end of your current 30-day billing period.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle. Once a payment is processed, that month of service is active and non-refundable.
Use It or Lose It: Once your final billing cycle ends, all unused credits (Beats, Mix & Master credits, or Strategy Calls) are permanently forfeited. Credits do not roll over to the next month or survive a canceled membership.

Due to the "instant access" nature of digital downloads, these items are subject to a strict no-cancellation policy:

All Sales Are Final: Once a download link is generated or a file is delivered via email, the sale is complete. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for "change of mind" or accidental purchases.
Plugin Compatibility: Our DAW templates are workflow chains and do not include the third-party plugins (e.g., iZotope, Waves). It is the buyer’s responsibility to own the required software licenses. No refunds will be issued for missing plugins or software incompatibility.
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital item twice in two separate transactions, contact rvrment@gmail.com within 24 hours for a refund of the duplicate charge.

Before Work Begins: If you book a standalone service and wish to cancel before you have submitted your files or before the engineer has started the project, a full refund will be issued.
After Work Begins: Once the mixing or mastering process has started, the service is non-refundable.
Membership Exclusivity: Pro Member "Free Mixes" are for the account holder ONLY. You cannot cancel or "transfer" your credit to a friend or collaborator. If a project is submitted for a third party under a member's account, it will be rejected without a refund of that month's credit.

Cancellation Window: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel a physical merch order (RVRM ENT or VATOSZN gear).
Shipped Items: Once a tracking number is generated or the item has left our facility, the order cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for damaged or defective items.
