Refund & Return Policy
1. Digital Products (Beats, DAW Templates, & Digital Music)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of instrumentals, lease agreements, DAW templates, and digital album/single downloads are final and non-refundable. Once the files have been delivered or downloaded, we cannot revoke access to the digital assets.

Technical Issues: If you experience a corrupted file or a broken download link, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will provide a fresh delivery of the files.

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital item twice, we will issue a refund for the second transaction.
2. Physical Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)
We want you to represent the brand with pride. For physical items like RVRM ENT or VATOSZN apparel:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your merch arrives damaged or with a print error, please contact us within 7 daysof delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Sizing & Returns: Because we operate as an independent label, we cannot currently accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please double-check the size charts before ordering.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for items lost by the carrier, but if your tracking shows as "delivered" and you haven't received it, please contact us so we can help you file a claim.
3. Audio Engineering Services (Mixing & Mastering)
Professional audio services require significant labor. To ensure quality, we follow a revision-based model:

Revision Limit: Each project includes 2 professional revisions. Any fine-tuning requested beyond the second revision will be subject to an additional engineering fee.

Cancellation: If you cancel a project before work begins, a full refund will be issued. Once work has started, a 50% "kill fee" may be retained to cover the labor hours invested.
4. Memberships & Subscriptions (Use It or Lose It)
To maintain a high standard of service and quick turnaround for all members, we operate on a strict 30-day cycle:

No Rollovers: Monthly benefits (such as free beats, mixing, or mastering credits) are valid only during your current 30-day billing cycle. Credits do not roll over to the next month.

Expiration: If the 30-day window passes and you have not used your credits or submitted your tracks, they are gone.

Cancellations: You can cancel your membership at any time. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused subscription time.
