1. Processing Times
We strive to get your gear out as fast as possible.

Standard Merch: Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships.

Pre-Orders / Website Exclusives: For special drops or pre-order music releases, please refer to the specific timeline listed in the product description.

Digital Products: Beats, templates, and digital music are delivered via email instantly after payment is confirmed.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (US): We typically ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days once the package has left our facility.

International: We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may take 10–21 business days and may be subject to import duties or taxes once the package reaches your country. RVRM ENT is not responsible for these additional charges.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Correct Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
RVRM ENT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
